If you are in doubt about the quality of the kit, check out the active ingredients and you are likely to find they are the probably the same as those such as Crest White Strips, so you can buy the cheaper kit and save even more money.

If you have previously had problems with the enamel on your teeth, a dental whitening system is probably not suitable for you. The gel has been known to cause sensitivity and pain and in some cases allergic reactions may occur as a result of using this kind of gel.

However, most adults do not have any problems when using whitening kits, and if you consult your dentist, he will more than likely be willing to give you advice about which tooth whitening product to use based on your dental history.
