Chest fat can be caused by many ways. Some of the causes include obesity and hormone imbalance. Obesity is an easy diagnosis, but most men with chest fat are not obese. I recommend two methods to treat chest fat. These methods won’t cost you very much. They are performing upper chest exercises and adding a tasty spice named cayenne pepper to your diet. Let’s start with the upper chest exercises. If you perform chest exercises, you will reduce chest fat while developing chest muscle simultaneously. But wait, you should know this one tip. You should only target your upper chest area with your chest exercises. Otherwise, your man boobs will appear larger than they really are.

The second method that I would like to discuss is adding cayenne pepper to your diet. Cayenne pepper is an important spice, particularly in Cajun cooking. The spicy taste in the pepper is due to a substance called capsaicin which has been used for thousands of years by Native Americans for its weight loss properties. I recommend that you add it to your diet to reduce fat chest.
