Elliptical cross trainers are easily among the most popular cardiovascular fitness machines on the market today. Have they really earned this attention or are they just another temporary trend in the fitness craze? Lets see what they have to offer.
The elliptical machines save time when working out. With elliptical’s you don’t have to work out more than 30 min., (unless you want to) to get the full body workout. At the same time, you work out the upper and the lower body because as you walk (or jog) you are gripping the handles so you move your legs and arms at the same time. This helps you with toning your arms, chest, back, hips and legs.
At first when the elliptical trainers came out, they were priced in very high end price ranges such as thousands and up to 5000 dollars. This is still true for the commercial type of elliptical machines, but the once for the home use such as the elliptical fitness cross trainer, these are actually priced around $100′s of dollars.
Most elliptical fitness cross trainers come with the full factory warranty if purchased new. They are also very easy to assemble. For most people in less than 30 min. and the weight is also very light. This machine is well suitable for the small places and the people who want good cardiovascular workout. The only negative review is that it is not great for people who are taller than 5’7″ as they have the longer stride and may have a harder time exercising.
The elliptical fitness cross trainers are not the top of the line elliptical machines, but for anyone who wants a good elliptical to use at home, and is not willing to pay a gym membership, than this machine is well worth the money.
