If you want to get rid of belly fat and lose weight, then you will have to commit yourself to a diet plan.

Getting rid of unwanted fat around the midsection can turn into an obsession for many people.

More people will join gym memberships and start weight loss regiments over belly fat than for any other reasons. When you have your diet sorted out, and stopped pumping your waist with empty calories, you can to crunches and sit-ups to target your waistline. It will all come together and work for now.
