The internet is flooded with reasons why you should use a night cream. But there is a dearth of information about which ingredients your night cream must have.

At a minimum you should buy only night creams that contain the following 3 types of ingredients. Do not purchase a skin cream unless it contains: 1. a collagen booster to ensure skin firmness, elasticity, and smoothness; 2. a cellular renewer which rejuvenates the skin while you sleep; and 3. antioxidants that removal free radicals and repair environmental damage.

Finally you must select a night cream that contains a fantastic natural moisturizer. For example many great creams use time release encapsulated moisturizers (great for night time use). Others utilize marine and yeast blends that revitalize the skin. Certain luxury creams even rely on caviar, yes fish egg, emolients to enrich and nourish the skin.

Be aware that price is not always an indicator of quality. Find and buy only a night cream with the right ingredients in the right concentration. However because you must use a product for at least 6-8 weeks to see improvement picking the right night cream is that much more essential. If you choose the wrong night cream you’ll waste as much as two months. During this time you won’t be fighting the ravages of the environment or time and wrinkles and you might be damaging your skin.

To find the right night cream you can shop around at your favorite boutiques and you might find some. I, however, recommend one source: http://www.nighttimemoisturizers.com. The site is packed with information about night creams and has links to purchase fantastic night creams at all price ranges and for all types of skin.
