Being able to identify the signs of alcoholism and drug addiction can usually be done via a few different ways. Typically it always starts with a gut feeling that there is a problem, but to be sure you want something more in the way of hard proof.
It also depends on which side of the fence you’re looking at the problem. Are you wanting to know the signs of addiction for your own benefit because you’re worried about your own alcohol or drug intake?
Or are you concerned about a spouse, child, lover, or friend? There aren’t necessarily any infallible guidelines, but hopefully I can provide you with a few things to look out for and should you then want more information, just visit the links provided to my website.
When looking for physical symptoms of alcoholism and addiction – liver problems are always a key indicator (though somewhat difficult to pick up without an official Doctor’s examination) – but can manifests as fatigue and a number of others things. High Blood Pressure is another key indicator.

Can You Lose Weight Where You Wish?
If you have needless weight only in specific parts of your body, you still must look at yourself as a whole. It’s not attainable to spot reduce; in other words, you can’t dictate that you only wish weight to come off one place or another. In most examples your so called “trouble spots” is where the fat will come off last, so be set to miss weight in your fingers (rings fall off) and your face first. There is desire for receding that belly fat though.
Work Toward Building Muscle and Editing Body Fat
If you work toward building up muscle and shortening body fat you will finally take on those pain spots though, and prepare a better physique in the process. Muscle tissue is active meaning it needs calories to be observed. If you were stranded without a food supplying, eventually your body would turn to its own muscle tissue as a origin of victuals first (muscles are protein) while saving the fat stocks for last. Simply put, fat is nature’s way of finding survival during times of shortage. That’s why the preponderance of heart failure kills someone who is severely malnourished. By building up more muscle you become a more effective energy cutting machine which understands to mean you can eat more food! That to me is a good thing.

Acne, also known as Acne Vulgaris, is simply put- an inflammatory disease of the skin. Acne shows itself in the form of pimples, zits or spots. It is often caused by changes in the pilosebaceous units. The pilosebaceous units refer to the skin which consists of hair follicles and sebaceous glands. “Acne” derives from the Greek words “acme” (which means skin erruption) and “bacne” or “backne”. The latter terms are often used to refer to the form of acne found on one’s back.
Acne is found quite often in pubescent individuals. Because of a high genetic disposition to the condition, acne is particularly common in Western societies. It is believed that the presence of acne is due to an abnormal response to normal levels in the body of testosterone, the male hormone. For many individuals, this response tends to diminish over time, causing the acne to decrease by the time they reach their 20′s, or even disappear. Unfortunately, it is impossible to tell how long it will take for acne to completely disappear; for some people they may experience it for many decades- even beyond their 30′s or 40′s. A large number of people will experience this condition at some point in their life.
