I get asked time and time again, “What exercise burns the most body fat?” The truth is that there is no one “best” fat burning exercise. In reality, you need a database consisting of many effective fat burning exercises. With several excellent exercises to rotate through, you will not experience mental boredom and physical staleness. This will keep your body challenged while encouraging consistent progress. In addition, this will keep you motivated to workout.
To get you started right away, I will share with you one of the best fat burning exercises. In addition to this exercise being incredibly effective, it can be performed anywhere without the need for any equipment. It is also very time efficient. Just five minutes of this exercise can burn more fat than a 30 minute jogging workout!
The exercise that I’m referring to is the Advanced Burpee. Since technique is of the utmost importance when performing this exercise, I will describe to you in detail how to properly execute the Advanced Burpee. Below, I will break down the movement into four simple steps:

When you start observing those love handles around your waist, you know you are getting overweight. Love handles are the first signs of obesity. A bit overweight with a little bulge in the midsection is fine but love handles are a sure sign of you getting overweight.
What are love handles?
Love handles are considered the excess fat to the right and left of your tummy that gives you that asymmetrical shape. The expression comes from the fact that you can almost grab a hold of this extra fat as a “handle” during love making.
It may “sound” good, but it’s incredibly bad and very uninviting.
Here are 3 exercises to help you get rid of your love handles.
1. Dumbbell Side Pull Up
Hold an appropriate weight dumbbell in one hand to your side, stand straight facing a mirror or wall in front of you. Now, drop to the side the weight is on. Keep your shoulders straight towards the front. Just drop to the side.
Now, pull UP (the weight provides some resistance).
