If you took a poll of the most common smoothie, what do you think you would find? Chances are that it would be strawberry banana smoothies.

Something that is so popular has to be good! It’s time to hop on to this trend and maybe even add your own twist.

So why is it that strawberries and bananas are such a popular combination? Banana is very sweet and creamy, for one thing.

We know strawberries are sweet too, but they’re also on the tart side and extremely flavorful. Mix the two together, and you have a perfect duo.

Strawberry banana smoothies usually include a mixture of the fruits along with ice and milk. That’s a delicious recipe as it is, but you can still find ways to make it even better.

One of the best things about smoothies is that you can combine almost any kind of fruits in the blender and come out with something that tastes wonderful.

Here’s another idea: Try mixing some blueberries with strawberry banana smoothies. The difference in flavor will be subtle, but delicious.

Eczema : What Is Atopic Eczema

by Ray Lam

The exact cause of eczema is not known for sure but some believe that it can be the result of a genetic predisposition; others believe there are certain factors that influence its development. This skin condition is easy to recognize with areas of dry, red skin that are very itchy. In serious cases the skin becomes blistered with scabs forming around the affected area.

The most common type is known generally as atopic eczema; some are even specific to certain areas of the body but one common problem among all of them is itching. Unfortunately, with atopic eczema, scratching these affected areas aggravates the condition more even though it does bring temporary relief from the itching. People who suffer with this also have to stay clear of many everyday substances because using those makes the condition far worse; sufferers avoid contact with soaps and washing powders but other man-made items such as make-up can have the same effect as well.

We are spending over $2.1 trillion on health care today. There are nearly 76 million born between the years 1946 and 1964, consider baby boomers. This is creating a major concern when it comes to health. Health care cost is increasing, making people go without the necessary care and put at risk their health. But should we put a price on our health?

The U.S. Census Bureau estimates that nearly 8,000 people turn 60 each day. Fueled by an aging baby boomer population’s desire for better health and an image conscious younger generation, the trillion dollar wellness industry continues to grow. There are nearly 76 million born between the years 1946 and 1964. They are the first American generation to grow up with plenty – plenty of food, plenty of cars, plenty of leisure time. As a result, they are also heavier at an earlier age than their parents’ generation, and are developing heart problems younger. At least 36% have some cardiovascular disease. More than a quarter of most adults suffer from lower back pain, others from neck pain. Only one third of adults are physically active in their leisure time Americans pay more when they get sick than people in other Western nations and get more confused, error-prone treatment, according to the largest survey to compare U.S. health care with other nations.

You wake in the morning wishing you could stay in bed. You don’t want to face the world. You don’t think you can handle one more joke about your face. The teasing has gotten so bad that you can barely stand to look in the mirror.

There are people all over the world that have thought the same as you do; people that are hopelessly plagued with a seemingly incurable acne condition. Chris Gibson was once one of these people.

Chris was dealing with many blemishes and sores on his face and could not find a product that helped him get rid of the problem for good. This is when he decided to start studying and make up his own system.

His ebook, Acne Free In 3 Days: How I Cured My Acne In 3 Days was an instant hit. He went on television to promote his book and his acne cure. After being failed by every remedy on the market, both over the counter and from his dermatologist, Chris went his own way.
