By performing the special exercise routines within a Tai Chi session, you can firm up your sagging muscles or loosen up your tight, sore muscles! The body consequently becomes stronger, which increases your endurance and helps reduce your risk for injuries.

If you suffer from painful joints, you can use Tai Chi to improve your joint’s range of motion, which can result in the diminishing of your pain. With Tai Chi your muscles become more flexible which allows you to endure more physical activity.

Here’s to your health! Whatever your lifestyle may be, it is clear that we all need some sort of daily activity in our lives or let’s face it we would turn into a couch potato. Exercise is energy – energy is power – and power is strength. But it’s much more than that, especially these days when the demands of life seem to be more defying than ever.
